Wellness Suite & Business Services

Following the successful launch of Hyrox, Exchange Quay’s Wellness Centre is offering even more ways for people – and businesses – to focus on health, fitness and performance. We spoke to the team about what’s new.

Alongside Hyrox, what else can people access in the Wellness Centre?  Which services are proving most popular?

Alongside Hyrox training, our Wellness Centre offers a comprehensive range of services designed to support both individual and corporate health goals.

These include 1-2-1 personal and online training programs, bespoke fitness classes tailored to business needs, and team-building sessions that promote collaboration through movement. We also deliver interactive workshops on nutrition and health, as well as corporate health screening packages to help organisations prioritise employee wellbeing.

For more specialised support, we provide online physiotherapy consultations and in-house sports massage physiotherapy services—ideal for recovery, injury prevention, and performance optimisation.

Among these offerings, our tailored corporate wellbeing programs and physiotherapy support have been especially popular, as more businesses are investing in long-term strategies to enhance staff health, engagement, and productivity.

You offer 1:1 support such as PT sessions, life coaching and health checks; how do these services help people build on their Hyrox training or focus on wider health and wellbeing?

Our 1:1 wellbeing services are designed to provide tailored, practical support that helps individuals working within the Exchange Quay business park improve both their physical and mental health. For those engaged in Hyrox training, personalised PT sessions are an excellent way to enhance performance, refine technique, and build strength and endurance specific to the event. The individual guidance ensures that every session is aligned with personal fitness goals, whether that’s improving time, preventing injury, or simply feeling more confident in their training.

Beyond fitness, we recognise that overall wellbeing extends far beyond physical performance. Our life coaching sessions focus on mindset, motivation, and work-life balance helping employees manage stress, boost focus, and develop sustainable habits that support both personal and professional growth. Complementing this, our health checks offer valuable insight into key wellness markers, helping individuals identify potential health risks early and make informed lifestyle choices.

Together, these services create a holistic well-being framework for the Exchange Quay community. Whether someone is pushing towards a Hyrox goal, trying to increase daily energy levels, or simply seeking better balance, our on-site and online support ensures they have access to expert guidance that fits around their working day. The result is a healthier, more energised workforce that feels supported to perform at their best—both in and out of the workplace.

Businesses can also book team wellness sessions; what do those involve, and how do they benefit workplace culture and performance?

Our team wellness sessions are designed to bring colleagues together in a positive, engaging, and health-focused environment. These sessions can be tailored to meet each organisation’s goals and can include group fitness classes, Hyrox-inspired team challenges, mobility and mindfulness sessions, breath work or educational workshops on topics such as nutrition, stress management, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Each session is structured to encourage teamwork, communication, and mutual support—skills that naturally transfer into the workplace. By participating together, employees strengthen their sense of connection and morale, which can help reduce stress levels and improve overall job satisfaction. The shared experience also breaks down barriers between departments and hierarchies, helping to build a more cohesive, inclusive workplace culture.

From a performance perspective, these sessions can have a significant impact. Regular physical activity and wellbeing engagement are proven to boost concentration, creativity, and energy levels, while reducing absenteeism and burnout. Businesses that invest in team wellness often see improved staff engagement, retention, and productivity as a result.

At Exchange Quay, we’re proud to offer these team wellness sessions as part of a broader wellbeing ecosystem, helping businesses create a thriving, health-conscious community where people feel motivated, connected, and supported to perform at their best.

You’re introducing a new programme using analytics and data to measure wellness and its impact on productivity. Can you tell us how that works and the kind of insights it will provide for companies?

We’re excited to be introducing a new, data-driven wellbeing programme that uses analytics to measure the real impact of health interventions on both individual wellness and workplace productivity. The initiative is structured as a 12-week personalised programme, delivered as part of a clinically controlled trial. Participants receive a tailored plan that combines physical activity, lifestyle guidance, and ongoing health assessments—enabling us to track measurable changes in their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Throughout the programme, participants undergo regular health screenings and fitness evaluations, alongside mental wellbeing assessments. These metrics allow us to capture a full picture of each individual’s progress—covering key areas such as cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility, stress levels, mood, and energy. By analysing this data, we can objectively measure how lifestyle changes influence not only personal health outcomes but also engagement, focus, and productivity in the workplace.

For businesses, the insights are transformative. The aggregated, anonymised data highlights the overall health trends within a workforce, helping organisations understand where support is most needed and how wellbeing initiatives directly contribute to improved performance, reduced absenteeism, and a more resilient team.

Ultimately, this programme bridges the gap between wellness and measurable business outcomes—demonstrating, with evidence that investing in employee health leads to stronger, happier, and more productive workplaces.
