28 August 2025 –  As part of Exchange Quay’s ongoing ESG commitment to make its buildings more energy efficient, sustainable and comfortable for its occupiers to use every day, the flagship office campus in Manchester has introduced innovative, cutting-edge AI-powered technology from CSR Sustain.

Building Performance Consultancy, CSR Sustain has rolled out its AI-powered Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) platform which targets one of the biggest opportunities to continue to cut energy waste and further reduce the site’s environmental impact.

Delivered in collaboration with asset managers Till AM and supported by managing agents CBRE, at the core of the project is CSR Sustain’s PEAK platform, which is powered by advanced building analytics.   The platform continually optimises HVAC performance, whilst also providing AI-driven automated fault and detection diagnostics with real time alerts to building maintenance.    The result is lower running costs, longer life for equipment and more consistent comfort for occupiers.
